摘　　要：回顾了中国近现代科技史,概述了李四光作为地质力学的创立者、中国现代地球科学和地质工作的主要领导人和奠基人之一为新中国发展做出的卓越贡献;分别分析了他身上所体现出的“科学家”“科技帅才”与“战略家”的战略科学家特征,为发掘更多具有战略科学家潜质的高层次复合型人才,形成战略科学家成长梯队提供启示与借鉴。This paper reviews the history of modern science and technology in China,focusing on the outstanding contributions of Li Siguang,as the founder of geomechanics and one of the main leaders and founders of modern geoscience in China.The characteristics of"strategic scientist"are analyzed,as a combination of"scientist","scientific and technological talent"and"strategist".It is concluded that Li Siguang is a well deserved strategic scientist.
