德宏傣医理筋疗法初探

摘　　要：德宏傣族人民在长期的生产实践中,逐渐摸索和总结出一套独具民族特色的疗法——理筋疗法,即在傣医“四塔”“经筋”等理论的指导下,以各种手法为基础,依托当地特色药物,刺激、疏通、捋顺人体病变的筋肉,从而达到治疗疾病目的的一种方法。该疗法操作简单、疗效确切,在德宏民间广泛使用。从经筋理论相关研究、病因病机、治疗过程、常用介质等方面对德宏傣医理筋疗法进行系统归纳和阐述,以期对该疗法的进一步研究和推广应用提供助力。Dehong dai people's life in the long-term practice,gradually grope and summarized a set of unique national characteristics of therapy-reinforced therapy,namely in dai“four tower”“meridian sinew”,under the guidance of reinforcement theory is based on a variety of methods,relying on local drug,stimulation,dredge,the sequence of human lesion of dread,a method to achieve the goal of treating diseases.The treatment is simple in operation and has definite curative effect,so it is widely used in Dehong prefecture.In order to provide reference for the further study of this therapy,the author systematically summarized and elaborated dehong Dai medical ligand therapy from the aspects of the relevant research of meridians sinew theory,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment process and common media.
