摘　　要：目的:建立胃力通胶囊质量标准,并对其进行治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的初步药效学研究。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定胃力通胶囊中太白米的对-香豆酸含量。评价胃力通胶囊对胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、血清胃泌素(GAS)、肾上腺素E2(PGE2)含量,及用HE染色,观察大鼠胃黏膜组织病理学变化。结果:建立的高效液相色谱法精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均小于3.0%,对香豆素在进样量为0.08~1.03μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为99.96%,RSD为1.03%(n=6)。与模型组比较,各剂量组可显著提高胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃组织中PGE_(2)、SOD含量和血清中GAS含量,降低胃组织中MDA、TNF-α含量;HE染色显示胃力通胶囊各剂量组对胆汁返流性胃炎大鼠的胃黏膜病理组织学有显著改善作用。结论:该方法操作简便易行、准确,可用于胃力通胶囊的质量控制,胃力通胶囊通过调节各活性物质表达发挥治疗胆汁返流性胃炎的作用。Objective:To establish the quality standard of Weilitong capsule and study its preliminary pharmacodynamics in treating bile reflux gastritis.Methods:The content of p-coumaric acid in Taibai rice in Weilitong capsules was determined by High-performance liquid chromatography.the effects of Weilitong capsule on the contents of Superoxide dismutase,Malondialdehyde(MDA),Tumor necrosis factors(TNF-α),serum Gastrin(GAS),epinephrine e 2(pge 2)in rats with bile reflux gastritis and to stain them with HE,to observe the changes of gastric histopathology in rats.Results:The RSDof precisionrepeatability and stability tests were less than 3.0%,the linear ranges of ferulic acid and aurantio-obtusin were 0.08~1.03μg,The average recoveries was 99.96%,RSD1.03%(n=6).Compared with the model group,each dose group significantly increased the contents of PGE2,SOD and GAS in gastric tissue and decreased the contents of MDA and tnf-αin gastric tissue He staining showed that each dosage group of Weilitong capsule could significantly improve the histopathology of gastric mucosa in rats with bile reflux gastritis.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Weilitong capsule.Weilitong capsule can treat bile reflux gastritis by regulating the expression of active substancesKey.
