摘　　要：目的:优化宣肺化痰方挥发油的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,以液料比、浸泡时间和提取时间为考察因素,以挥发油提取量为评价指标,利用Box-Behnken响应面法确定宣肺化痰方挥发油的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为液料比11,浸泡时间1.2h,提取时间7h。挥发油的提取量为0.69mL,与预测值的偏差较小。结论:优选的提取工艺合理可行。Objective:To optimize extraction process of volatile oil from Xuanfei Huatan Recipe.Methods:On the basis of single factor experiment,with the liquid to material ratio,soaking time and extraction time as influencing factors,yield of volatile oil as evaluation index,the extraction process was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface methodology.Results:Optimum extraction process was as follows:soaked 1.2hand extracted 7hwith 11times the amount of water.Yield of volatile oil was 0.69mL,this value was similar to their predictive value.Conclusion:This optimized extraction process is reasonable and feasible.
