独活药材的HPLC特征图谱研究

摘　　要：目的:建立独活药材的HPLC特征图谱,为评价独活药材的质量提供参考。方法:采用Cosmosil C_(18)(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱,用乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速:1mL·min^(-1);检测波长:330nm;柱温:25℃,对数个不同产地的样品色谱图运用“中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统”进行分析。结果:以蛇床子素为参照峰,初步构建了由6个特征峰组成的独活药材HPLC特征图谱。结论:该方法简便、可靠,为独活药材的质量控制提供了有效的评价方法。Objective:To establish the HPLC specific chromatogram and provide comprehensive evaluation of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix.Methods:The HPLC analysis was performed on an Cosmosil C_(18) column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)with acetonitrilel-0.2%phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^(-1).The detection wavelengthwas 330nm.The column temperature was 25℃.The software“Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCMs”was employed to carry out the similarity analysis of the samples from some different regions.Results:The specific chromatogram was preliminarily constructed and 6common peaks with osthole as the reference were identified.Conclusion:The method is scientific basis of the quality assessment of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix with convenient and reliable properties.
