自动弹力线套扎术联合针灸治疗脾虚 气陷型内痔临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自动弹力线痔疮套扎术(RPH术)联合针灸疗法治疗脾虚气陷型内痔的临床效果。方法:按患者住院时间先后,选取90例符合纳入标准的痔患者,并按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例,对照组仅予以RPH手术治疗及术后常规处理,观察组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗,观察两组术后疗效的差异。结果:观察组术后肛门坠胀评分、疼痛评分及排便困难评分均低于对照组,在减轻痔术后并发症方面效果更佳,同时,观察组能有效缩短住院时间,加速套扎线脱落,效果优于对照组,两组差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:RPH术联合针灸疗法能有效缓解痔术后肛门坠胀、疼痛等症状,减少术后排便困难的发生率,加速套扎线脱落,缩短住院时间,具有较好的临床应用前景。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of automatic stretch suture hemorrhoid ligation(RPH)combined with acupuncture on internal hemorrhoids with spleen deficiency and qi depression.Methods:According to the time order of the patient and voluntary principle into the group,select 90patients included in the standard,and according to the random indicator method divided into observation group and control group,45cases in each group and the control group only give the RPH surgery and postoperative routine treatment,observation group in the control group on the basis of combined acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,observed the curative effect of two groups of postoperative differences.Results:The postoperative anal distension score,pain score and defecation difficulty score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:RPH combined with acupuncture therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of anal distension and pain after hemorrhoids surgery,reduce the incidence of postoperative defecation difficulties,accelerate the shedding of ligation thread,shorten the hospital stay,and reduce the psychological burden of patients,which has a good prospect.
