摘　　要：脑卒中是临床常见病与多发病。蒙医将脑卒中辨证为萨病的范畴,萨病是指由于多种原因造成人体内气血的运行及流通出现障碍,三根失衡,赫依和琪素相搏及运行障碍而对大脑黑脉产生损伤,继而使白脉之海——脑受损伤而发病。蒙医辨证施治治疗萨病安全、有效。额尔敦朝鲁教授从事蒙医蒙药治疗萨病临床与教学30余年,汇集了大量关于治疗萨病的宝贵经验,总结出一系列治疗萨病的理论方法,取得了显著疗效,其中以升阳通络原则使用性温、通络蒙药,治疗因嗜食肥甘导致的巴达干赫依特性“乌笋萨病”,为治疗乌笋萨病提供了临床思路。Stroke is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinical practice.Mongolian medicine treats stroke as the category of Sa disease.Sa disease refers to the disorder of the circulation and circulation of Qi and blood in the human body due to various reasons,the imbalance of the three roots,Heyi and Qisu's dysfunction,and the damage to the black veins of the brain,and then the sea of white veins-the brain is affected.Injury and disease.Mongolian medicine dialectical treatment is safe and effective in the treatment of Sa disease.Professor Eerdunchaolu has been engaged in the clinical and teaching of Mongolian medicine and Mongolian medicine for the treatment of Sa disease for more than 30 years.The“Wusunsa disease”with the characteristics of Badagan and Heyi caused by fat and sweet,uses the Mongolian medicine for warming and dredging the collaterals to provide clinical ideas for the treatment of Wusunsa disease.
