摘　　要：痹证是骨科常见的慢性、难治性疾病,随着社会发展和现代人情志、饮食结构的变化,痹病的分型也有所变化。杜文平教授对此提出“肝脾两虚、气滞血瘀”的痹证分型。肝脾两虚是痹证发病的内因,外感风寒湿邪为外因,其所致的气滞血瘀、经络痹阻是发病的主要病机,治疗时以补肝健脾、理气活血为主,并强调活血化瘀在治疗过程中的重要性,临证主张运用《医学衷中参西录》中“曲直汤”及其合方加减治疗,均能收到较好的临床疗效。Objective:Arthralgia syndrome is a common chronic and refractory disease in orthopedics.With the development of society and the changes of modern human sentiment and diet structure,the classification of arthralgia disease has also changed.Professor Du Wenping proposed the arthralgia syndrome classification of“deficiency of liver and spleen,qi stagnation and blood stasis”.Deficiency of liver and spleen is the internal cause of arthralgia syndrome,and exogenous wind cold and dampness evil is the external cause.Qi stagnation and blood stasis and meridian obstruction are the main pathogenesis of arthralgia syndrome.The treatment focuses on tonifying the liver and spleen,regulating qi and activating blood circulation,and emphasizes the importance of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment process.The clinical syndrome advocates the use of“Quzhi Decoction”and its combined formula in Records of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,all patients can receive good clinical curative effect.The clinical syndrome ideas are briefly described as follows.
