养血止痛丸治疗伤科疾病组方分析:基于平乐郭氏正骨筋骨互用理论

摘　　要：平乐郭氏正骨起源于清朝嘉庆年间,历史悠久,2008年入选国家级非物质文化遗产目录,是中医骨伤的重要流派。平乐郭氏正骨理论是在长期的医疗实践中形成的中医理论,具有疗法独特、疗效显著的特点,筋骨互用理论是该理论的一大特色。基于平乐郭氏正骨筋骨互用理论对其代表方养血止痛丸进行组方分析,从新的视角探讨这一传统制剂的用药特点和规律,深入研究平乐郭氏正骨伤科疾病的辨证用药思想,为伤科疾病的临床辨证用药提供新思路,为该方的广泛应用提供助力。Pingle Guo's bone setting originated in the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty and has a long history.It was selected into the national intangible cultural heritage list in 2008.It is an important school of bone injury in traditional Chinese medicine.Pingle Guo's bone setting theory is an idea formed in long-term medical practice.It has unique therapy and remarkable curative effect.It is the core embodiment of this school.The theory of muscle bone interaction is a major feature of Pingle's bone setting theory.Based on Pingle Guo's bone setting theory,this paper analyzes its representative prescription Yangxue Zhitong pill,discusses the medication characteristics and laws of this traditional preparation from a new perspective,and deeply studies the thought of syndrome differentiation and medication of Pingle Guo's bone setting and traumatology diseases,in order to make this prescription more widely used in clinic,At the same time,it provides new ideas for clinical syndrome differentiation and medication of traumatic diseases.
