摘　　要：目的分析2016—2020年江苏省徐州市外伤死亡病例流行病学特征。方法收集2016年1月—2020年12月徐州市外伤死亡病例,分析其性别比例、年龄构成以及外伤死亡的时间和地区分布。结果14466例外伤死亡病例中,男性10160例,女性4306例(男∶女=2.36∶1);年龄为150 d~107岁;由交通事故造成死亡的人数为8504例,占总数的58.79%;每年高峰期主要在1月、5月、11月和12月。徐州市所辖地区外伤死亡数最多的是邳州市(3412例),其次是睢宁县(1966例)和铜山区(1800例);死亡数最少的地区是经济开发区(311例)。结论徐州市外伤死亡病例中,男性多于女性,交通事故和跌落伤死亡数占比较高;每年春冬季死亡数较多;外伤死亡人数较多的地区集中在距离主城区较远的经济和交通发达的县区。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of deaths from traumatic injuries in Xuzhou city of Jiangsu province during 2016 and 2020.Methods The records of 14471 individuals who died from traumatic injuries from January 2016 to December 2020 in Xuzhou city were examined,and the sex ratio,age composition,time and regional distribution and other epidemiological characteristics were analyzed.Results A total of 10160 men and 4306 women died from traumatic injuries with the male to female ratio of 2.36∶1 and age ranging from 150 d to 107 years old.8504 individuals died from traffic accidents,accounting for 58.79%.Majority of trauma deaths occurred in January,May,November and December.The highest number of fatalities due to traumatic injuries was found in Pizhou city(3412),followed by Suining county(1966)and Tongshan district(1800),while the lowest was in the economic development zone(311).Conclusions Among the trauma deaths in Xuzhou,there are more men than women,and traffic accidents and fall injuries are the leading causes of trauma deaths in this area.Most deaths happen in January,November and December.The areas with more injuries and deaths are centered in the economically and traffic-developed counties far from the main urban area.
