摘　　要：习近平总书记提出加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学这一重大战略任务以来,中国政治学的构建呈现出若干新的进展,但需要承认的是,这与重大战略任务的实际要求相比仍然有较大的差距。当今世界正处于百年未有之大变局,中国政治学的发展面临着难得的历史性机遇。新时代中国政治学的展开,包含方向的反思和确认,意味着对马克思主义政治学基本原理与中国政治学之间关系的重新审视,意味着深化对中国政治学与中国政治实践之间关系的认识。积极参与人类向何处去问题的讨论,加快构建中国政治学话语体系的步伐,保证人民当家作主,构成新时代中国政治学展开的主要议题。Since Xi Jinping proposed the major strategic task of accelerating the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,the construction of Chinese political science has shown some new progress.However,there is still a big gap between the progress and the requirements of the major strategic task.The world today is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,thus the development of Chinese political science is faced with a rare historical opportunity.The expansion of Chinese political science in the new era,including the reflection and confirmation of the direction,means a re-examination of the relationship between the basic principles of Marxist political science and Chinese political science,and a deeper understanding of the relationship between Chinese political science and Chinese political practice.The main issues of the development of Chinese political science in the new era consist of an active participation in the discussion of where human beings are going,an acceleration of building a discourse system of Chinese political science,and a guarantee of the people running the country.
