摘 要:混合检材在法医实践中并不鲜见,由于受到混合成分的种类、个体数以及所占比例等因素的影响,其检验及结果分析较复杂,尤其当检验目标为次要微量组分时,甚至会检验失败。目前主流的两种混合检材分析方法包括细胞物理分离法及混合分型拆分法,其中,前者较后者得到的结论具有更高的可信度,更易被法庭理解并采信。流式细胞术是一种可从混合细胞群体中分选并富集目标细胞的技术,本文综述了流式细胞术的基本原理以及在不同类型混合检材处理中的研究应用,并讨论其在未来亟待解决的问题。Mixed samples are not uncommon in forensic practice.Due to the influence of the type,number and proportion of mixed components,the test and result analysis are complicated,especially,the testing can even faill when the test target is a trace component.At present,the two mainstream methods of mixed sample analysis include physical separation of the cells and mixed typing split.Between them,the former has a higher confidence than the latter,which is easier to be understood and accepted by the court.Flow cytometry is a technique that can separate and enrich target cells from mixed cell groups.This paper reviews the basic principles of flow cytometry,its applications in different types of mixed samples and discusses the problems that need to be solved in the future.
