浅谈废酸高温焚烧裂解干法制酸装置的设计

摘　　要：介绍了废酸高温焚烧裂解干法制酸装置的工艺流程,以处理规模为20 kt/a的废酸裂解再生装置为例,对焚烧裂解工序冷空气预热器入口空气温度的选取,净化工序出口烟气温度的控制,转化工序换热流程的选择,干吸工序产品硫酸的浓度设计、SO_(2)脱气、设备布置方式等工艺设计要点进行了详细的分析。在设计过程中,应根据工艺要求经过详细的计算及论证,选择合适的工艺流程及工艺参数,使装置能够长期安全平稳运行。The process flow of dry acid production plant of waste acid high temperature incineration pyrolysis is introduced.Taking the waste acid cracking regeneration plant with a treatment capacity of 20 kt/a as an example,the key points of the process design,such as the selection of the inlet air temperature of the cold air preheater in the incineration cracking process,the control of the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the purification process,the selection of the heat exchange process in the conversion process,the design of the concentration of the product sulphuric acid in the dry absorption process,SO_(2) degassing,and the layout of the equipment,are analyzed in detail.In the design process,the appropriate process flow and process parameters shall be selected through detailed calculation and demonstration according to the process requirements,so that the device can operate safely and stably for a long time.
