摘　　要：分析了硫酸法钛白粉生产中能耗较高的环节,从优化设计方案、减少煅烧窑系统热损、蒸汽余热综合利用等方面提出降耗对策,为钛白粉企业开展节能增效提供参考。The links of high energy consumption in the production of titanium dioxide by sulphuric acid process are analyzed,and the consumption reduction countermeasures from the aspects of optimizing the design scheme,reducing the heat loss of calcining kiln system,and comprehensive utilization of steam waste heat are put forward,which provides a reference for titanium dioxide enterprises to carry out energy conservation and efficiency increase.
