摘　　要：介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽阳石化分公司炼油厂41 kt/a轻烃回收装置的防腐改造情况。改造前,由于原料轻烃气含硫化氢,对轻烃回收装置造成严重腐蚀,影响生产,改造后将全部原料轻烃气先引入轻烃气脱硫单元进行脱硫,再进入轻烃气回收单元,并将吸收塔顶H_(2)S含量合格的干气引入燃料气系统,在降低装置中硫含量的同时,也解决了干气长期进入火炬系统的问题,保证了装置的长周期稳定运行。The anti-corrosion retrofit of the 41 kt/a light hydrocarbon recovery unit in the refinery of PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.is introduced.The feed light hydrocarbon gas contains hydrogen sulfide,which causes serious corrosion to the light hydrocarbon recovery unit and affects production before the transformation.After the transformation,all the feed light hydrocarbon gas will be introduced into the light hydrocarbon gas desulfurization unit for desulfurization,and then into the light hydrocarbon gas recovery unit,and the dry gas with acceptable H_(2)S content at the top of the absorption tower will be introduced into the fuel gas system.While reducing the sulphur content in the unit,the problem of dry gas entering the flare system for a long time will also be solved,the long-term stable operation of the device is ensured.
