摘  要:由于其独特的化学键,ZrB_(2)具有高硬度、高熔点、高强度、高导电率和热导率等特性,被广泛应用于航空航天、核工业及超高速飞行器中的热防护领域,其中ZrB_(2)的热喷涂技术一直是其应用的关键。在热喷涂技术中,等离子喷涂在全世界热喷涂市场中占有量最大,其高性能涂层的制备技术一直是研究的热点,而实现该技术的关键在于需要依靠具有合适粒径、高球形度、高流动性的粉体。通常原始ZrB_(2)粉末平均粒径较小,不具备良好的球形度和流动性,需要二次造粒以制得适合等离子喷涂使用的粉体。其中,喷雾造粒法是一种成熟的热喷涂粉末制备技术,适用于制备等离子喷涂用的ZrB_(2)粉体。本文针对等离子喷涂用ZrB_(2)粉末的制备,引入了新的材料组分,系统研究了粘结剂的种类、粘结剂含量、喷头转速三个参数对粒径、形貌、真实密度和流动性的影响。研究结果表明,将质量分数为40%~50%ZrB_(2)微粉、45%~50%去离子水、4%~6%的聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)、8‰的柠檬酸铵加入罐磨机中球磨,之后将混合均匀的浆料送入喷雾造粒机中,将进风温度设置为270℃、出风温度调整为95℃、喷头速率调至20~50 r/min、蠕动泵进料速率设为(25±5)r/min,通过烘干和过筛后得到粒径为40~80μm、球形度高、流动性好的ZrB_(2)粉体。通过该方法制得的粉体可直接用于等离子喷涂,适合大批量生产,对高性能ZrB_(2)基涂层的制备具有重大研究价值。Due to the unique chemical bonding of ZrB_(2),it has the characteristics of high hardness,high melting point,high strength,high conductivity and thermal conductivity.It is widely used in the field of thermal protection in aerospace,nuclear industry and ultra-high speed aircraft,where thermal spraying of ZrB_(2) has always been the key to its application.Among thermal spraying technologies,plasma spraying has the largest share in the world's thermal spraying market.Since the birth of plasma spraying technology,the preparation technology of its high-performance coating has been a research hotspot,and the key to realize this technology is the need to rely on powders with appropriate particle size,high sphericity and high fluidity.Generally,the average particle size of raw ZrB_(2) powder is small,and it does not has good sphericity and fluidity,so secondary granulation is required to produce powder suitable for plasma spraying.Among them,spray granulation method is a mature thermal spraying powder preparation technology,which is suitable for preparation of ZrB_(2) powder for plasma spraying.In this paper,aiming at the preparation of ZrB_(2) powder for plasma spraying,new material components were introduced and the effects of three parameters,namely the type of binder,mass fraction of binder and nozzle speed,on particle size,morphology,true density and flowability were systematically investigated.ZrB_(2) micronized powder with a mass fraction of 40%-50%,deionized water with a mass fraction of 40%-50%,polyethyleneimine(PEI)with a mass fraction of 4%-6%,and ammonium citrate with a mass fraction of 8‰were added into the tank mill for ball milling,and then the evenly mixed slurry was sent to the spray granulator.The air inlet temperature was set at 270℃,the air outlet temperature was adjusted to 95℃,the nozzle speed was adjusted to 20-50 r/min,and the feed rate of the peristaltic pump was set to(25±5)r/min.After drying and screening,the 40-80μm ZrB_(2) powder has high sphericity and good fluidity.The powder produc
