“互联网+护理服务”模式对促进母婴分离初产妇正常泌乳的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨“互联网+护理服务”模式对促进母婴分离初产妇正常泌乳的效果。方法 选择2020年1月至2021年12月常州市中医医院母婴分离的初产妇80例为研究对象,其中2020年收治的产妇纳入对照组,2021年收治的产妇纳入观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规母婴喂养护理管理,观察组应用互联网+护理服务模式。两组均干预1个月,比较两组初产妇母乳喂养的依从性和认知程度、初次泌乳时间和平均泌乳量、产褥期并发症以及护理质量满意度。结果 与对照组相比,观察组初产妇母乳喂养的依从性显著提高,认知程度(包括采乳知识、技能、舒适度)评分均明显增加,初次泌乳时间提前,平均泌乳量增加,产褥期并发症发生率下降,护理质量满意度提升,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 互联网+护理服务作为一种新型服务模式,对促进母婴分离初产妇正常泌乳具有积极的意义,能够改善母乳喂养观念,提升泌乳认知,降低产褥期并发症,提高护理质量,有较好的推广应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of “Internet + nursing service” model on promoting normal lactation in primiparas separated from mother and infant. Methods From January 2020 to December 2021, 80 primiparas who gave birth in Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected, all of which were separated from their babies, they were divided into two groups according to the time of admission. The parturient admitted in 2020 was included in the control group, and the parturient admitted in 2021 was included in the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The breastfeeding compliance, the scores of cognition, the first lactation time, the average lactation volume, the incidence rate of puperperium complications and the satisfaction of nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the breastfeeding compliance of primiparas was significantly improved, the scores of cognition(including knowledge, skills, and comfort of milk collection) were significantly increased, the first lactation time was advanced, the average lactation volume increased, the incidence rate of puerperium complications was reduced and the satisfaction of nursing quality was improved(all P<0.05). Conclusions Internet + nursing service, as a new service model, has positive significance for promoting normal lactation for primiparas separated from their babies. It can improve the concept of breastfeeding, raise the awareness of milk collection awareness, reduce puerperium complications, and improve nursing quality. It has good value of popularization and application.
