摘　　要：目的 系统评价晚期癌症患者居家安宁疗护的干预场所、周期、措施、评价指标等因素,为构建居家安宁疗护最佳干预体系提供参考。方法 计算机检索中英文数据库中晚期癌症患者居家安宁疗护干预的随机对照研究,由2名研究人员按照纳入和排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料、评价文献质量,最终进行描述性分析。结果 最终纳入15篇文献。文献分析结果提示居家安宁疗护的场所选定在城市家庭范围内、周期为6个月的干预效果较好;干预的措施主要为多学科团队协作干预、灵性关怀服务、居家访视照护计划等;干预效果以主观指标为主。结论 国内居家安宁疗护发展尚处于起步阶段,实证研究比较缺乏,居家安宁疗护的干预措施亟待统一,建议增加更多客观指标评价干预后效果。Objective To evaluate the intervention place, duration time, measures, indicators of cancer patients’ hospice care at home. Methods We searched both Chinese and English language databases to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs) regarding cancer patients’ hospice care intervention at home. The studies were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and were critically appraised by two reviewers. Data of included studies were extracted, and descriptive analysis was conducted. Results Fifteen RCTs were included. The effect was better when the place of home hospice care was selected in the city home and the duration time was six months. The main intervention measures are multidisciplinary team intervention, spiritual care service, home visit care program;The effect evaluation of intervention is mainly based on subjective indicators. Conclusions The development of hospice care at home in China is still in the initial stage, and the empirical research is relatively lacking. The intervention measures of hospice care at home need to be unified urgently. At the same time, this study suggests adding more objective indicators to evaluate the intervention effect.
