摘　　要：目的 通过文献研究对品管圈内的肿瘤护理情况进行更好地了解,掌握当前该领域的发展趋势,为巩固该领域的工作提供可行建议。方法 以“品管圈+肿瘤/癌+护理”为主题词检索中国知网中文数据库从建库至2021年我国肿瘤护理品管圈相关的文献,分析该领域的发文量、发文期刊、作者、机构及高频关键词,分析该领域的热点及进展。结果 最终纳入文献176篇,2015年、2017年发表的文献数量相对较多;期刊分布较散,176篇文献分布于92种期刊上;第一作者单位分布于我国28个省、直辖市或自治区,文献数量最多的前五家医疗机构均为肿瘤专科医院;最常见的关键词为疼痛、依从性、PICC。结论 肿瘤临床护理品管圈仍有较大的发展空间,得到的结论也需要在今后的实践过程中进一步核实。Objective To understand the research status and trend of cancer nursing quality control circle, and to provide reference for improving the quality control circle of cancer nursing. Methods With "quality control circle + tumor/cancer + nursing" as the theme word, articles related to the quality control circle of cancer nursing included in CNKI were searched from the establishment of the database to 2021, and quantitative analysis was performed. Results A total of 176 articles were included, and the number of articles published in 2015 and 2017 was relatively large. The 176 articles were distributed in 92 journals, the first author’s workplace were distributed in 28 provinces, municipalities or autonomous regions of China. The top five medical institutions with the largest number of literatures were all cancer specialized hospitals. The most common keywords were pain, compliance and PICC. Conclusions The quality control circle of cancer nursing has a large space for development, and the results of those researches should be applied in clinics in future.
