摘　　要：党的二十大报告中提出加快建设数字中国,加快建设高质量教育体系,推进教育数字化,为大学图书馆数字化转型指明了方向。新时代数字化图书馆转型区别于传统数字图书馆,是数据驱动的业务数字化。数字化转型过程中需要大学图书馆转变思维、变革组织以及重视数字化人才培养。The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to quickly boost China’s strength in digital development,accelerate the construction of high-quality education system,promote the digitization of education,which pointed out the direction for the digital transformation of university libraries.The digital transformation of library in the new era is different from the traditional digital library,which is digital business transformation driven by data.In the process of digital transformation,university libraries need to change their thinking and organization and pay more attention to digital talents.
