高校专利竞争力分析的方法与实践——以北京大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：在知识产权强国建设背景下,以学校管理层的需求为目标驱动,对高校专利竞争力进行详细分析,对于帮助学校科学决策、提高专利质量、促进专利成果转化运用具有重要意义。文章以北京大学图书馆专利竞争力分析服务为例,从高校专利竞争力分析的概念、特点、研究现状、工作机制、指标体系、分析方法、实施成效和未来展望等方面总结高校专利竞争力分析的方法与实践,以期为更多高校图书馆开展此类服务提供参考。Under the background of construction of a strong intellectual property country,driven by the needs of the university management,it is significance to analyze the patent competitiveness of the university in detail,which will help the decision making of the university,improve the patent quality and promote the transformation and application.Taking Peking University Library as an example,this paper summarizes the methods and practice of university patent competitiveness analysis in order to provide reference for more university libraries to carry out such services.
