关于高等医学教育与思政教育深度融合的思考

摘　　要：随着我国社会发展,医务工作者的思想道德品质、医德医风问题越来越受到民众关注,因而对高等医学院校医学人才培养也提出更高要求,党在全国高校思想政治工作会议上对思政育人理念和医学院校人才培养做出重要指示,培养德才兼备的医学人才不仅仅只是思想政治教育专职教师的责任,而应该是全程育人、全员育人和全方位育人,高等医学院校的专业课教师也不例外,既要教书,也要育人。该文从高等医学教育与思政教育融合的必要性、价值体现、现实意义、目前存在问题及解决策略等几个方面进行分析和阐述,希望为医学教育工作者在教书育人过程中提供有益的借鉴。With the development of Chinese society,the ideological moral quality and ethics of medical workers have attracted more and more attention from the public.So higher request is also put forward in medical talent cultivation in the higher medical colleges,and at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in colleges and universities,the Party gave important instructions on the concept of ideological and political education and personnel training in medical colleges.The cultivation of medical talents with both ability and political integrity is not only the responsibility of the full-time teachers of ideological and political education,but should be the whole process of education,full education and all-round education.The professional course teachers of medical colleges and universities are no exception,they should not only teach,but also educate the students.This paper analyzes and expounds the necessity,value embodiment,practical significance,existing problems and solutions of the integration of higher medical education and ideological and political education,hoping to provide useful reference for medical educators in the process of teaching and educating people.
