摘 要:在日常生活中,皮包、皮鞋、皮夹克、真皮沙发等皮革制品随处可见,但在皮革生产制造环节,会产生很多废水,且这些废水具有消耗量大、pH值偏高、污染物类型多等特性,其主要污染物包括金属铬、可溶性蛋白、白屑、悬浮固体、红酒单宁、碳酸盐、原料油、表面活性剂、染色剂和环氧树脂。由于制革废水的水质变化大,成分复杂,污染负荷大,且难以生物降解,是一种极难治理的工业废水。为了促进国内生态环境的优化,本文阐述了制革厂废水产生的原因、特点、危害、处理方法、相关问题及未来发展需要采取的措施。In daily life,leather bags,leather shoes,leather jackets,leather sofas and other leather products can be seen everywhere,but in the production and manufacturing of leather,there will be a lot of waste water,and these waste water has the characteristics of large consumption,high pH value,multiple types of pollutants and so on.Major contaminants include chromium metal,soluble proteins,white chips,suspended solids,red wine tannins,carbonates,raw oils,surfactants,dyes and epoxy resins.But because the tanning wastewater water quality changes,the composition is complex,the pollution load is large,and is difficult to biodegrade,is an extremely difficult treatment of industrial wastewater.In order to promote the optimization of domestic ecological environment,this paper describes the tannery wastewater causes,characteristics,hazards,treatment methods,related problems and the future development of the need to take measures.
