摘　　要：为进一步提升环境执法人员现场执法水平,笔者从日常工作经验总结形成了塑料行业生态环境现场执法检查要点,可为环境执法人员现场监督、检查活动提供技术参考。一方面是服务企业,旨在利用简明扼要且突出重点的介绍,让企业了解污染防治的重点,解决做什么、怎么做的问题。另一方面是服务环境执法人员利用条目式的要点,让环境执法人员掌握检查要点,解决查什么、如何检查的问题。In order to further improve the level of on-site law enforcement of environmental law enforcement personnel,the author summarizes the key points of on-site law enforcement inspection of ecological environment in plastic industry from daily work experience,which can provide technical reference for on-site supervision and inspection activities of environmental law enforcement personnel.On the one hand,it is for service enterprises,aiming to make use of concise and concise introduction highlighting the key points,so that enterprises can understand the focus of pollution prevention and control,and solve the problem of what to do and how to do.On the other hand,it serves environmental law enforcement personnel,using the key points of items to let environmental law enforcement personnel master the key points of inspection,and solve the problem of what to check and how to check.
