摘  要:为深入贯彻党的十九大关于生态文明建设的战略部署,认真落实国务院《水污染防治行动计划》[1]和《广东省水污染防治行动计划实施方案》[2],坚决打好城市黑臭水体治理攻坚战,完成《珠海市建成区黑臭水体治理攻坚战实施方案》[3],珠海市供水与排水治污中心按照职责分工,持续推进黑臭水体水质监测工作。中心通过结合地面实测水质参数数据、无人机高光谱数据和遥感卫星影像建立无人机高光谱反演模型及卫星影像遥感反演模型,对2019年9月~2020年5月纳入城市黑臭水体整治监管平台的17条黑臭水体黑臭情况进行遥感监测反演,获得遥感监测结果,并与地面水质监测数据进行比对,分析遥感数据的可靠性,获取遥感数据的实际应用价值。For further implement the party's 19 major strategic plan,the construction of ecological civilization of seriously implement"the action plan for water pollution prevention"[1]and"Control of the state council and the action plan and implementation plan for prevention and control of water pollution in guangdong province"[2],determined to play good city black smelly water governance to be completed,"the zhuhai city proper black smelly water governance in tough implementation plan"[3],according to the division of responsibilities,zhuhai water supply and drainage pollution control center continues to promote the monitoring of black and odorous water quality.At the same time by combining the ground water quality parameters of the measured data,unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)hyperspectral data and satellite images to establish uav hyperspectral remote sensing inversion model and satellite remote sensing inversion model,in september 2019~may 2020 into the black smelly urban water regulation platform article 17 black smelly black smelly water profi le of inversion of remote sensing monitoring,remote sensing monitoring results.In comparison with ground water quality monitoring data,the reliability of remote sensing data is analyzed,and the practical application value of remote sensing data is obtained.
