紫外法测定地表水中石油类污染的有关问题探讨

摘  要:本文探讨了用HJ970-2018紫外法[1],测定地表水中油类物质在样品采集和保存、萃取剂选用等环节遇到的问题,建议在地表水油污染事故的采样和评价方法、油类采样器的设计等方面,进行广泛深入地研究;建议应明确用1 cm比色皿做正己烷透光率检测;建议检测时优先选择色谱纯级别的正己烷;建议增加萃取液和标准样品保存时间的规定,并放宽样品保存时间到7 d、标准使用液保存时间到30 d。With the HJ970-2018 ultraviolet spectrometry in surface water in the full sample collection and storage,selection of extraction agent and the selection of reference materials,extract and standard material to save the problems were discussed,suggested in surface water sampling and evaluation method of oil pollution accident,the design of the oil sampler to conduct more in-depth research,it is suggested that the 1 cm cuvette should be used to check the light transmittance of n-hexane,and the pure level of n-hexane should be preferred in the detection.It is suggested to increase the storage time of extraction liquid and standard sample,and relax the storage time of sample to 7 days and the storage time of standard use liquid to 30 days.
