摘  要:采用Nd:YAG脉冲激光对3A21铝合金盒体与盖板进行了封焊试验,并针对方波脉冲焊接过程中产生的热裂纹进行了分析与探究。结果表明,添加尖脉冲后的波形可有效避免焊接裂纹,且尖脉冲对焊缝的成型影响较大,该段的参数调整范围较窄,经对比试验后确定合理参数。采用优化后的工艺参数完成封焊试验,得到的焊缝外观均匀一致,无裂纹、孔洞等缺陷,漏气率小于5×10^(-9)Pa·m^(3)/s,一次合格率达到100%,焊缝熔深约为0.5 mm,且经过温度冲击及随机振动试验后均能满足气密性要求,表明焊缝具有较高的可靠性。The 3A21 aluminum alloys shell and the cover plate are hermetically welded by pulsed Nd:YAG laser welding,and the cracks occurring in the process of square wave pulse welding are studied.The experiment results show that adding the waveform after the sharp pulse can effectively avoid welding cracks,and the sharp pulse has great influence on weld formation.In addition,the parameter range of the sharp pulse is very narrow.After a series of contrast test,the reasonable parameters of the sharp pulse are determined.The optimized welding parameters are used to complete the welding test,the welded seam form well and there are no cracks,holes and other defects.The seal test shows that the air impermeability is below 5×10^(-9)Pa·m^(3)/s,the one-off qualified rate is 100%.The depth fusion of welded joint is about 0.5 mm,and the welding seam can meet the requirements of air tightness after temperature shock and random vibration environment test,showing that the weld seam has high reliability.
