摘 要:文中为了安全高效完成斗轮堆取料机总装,实现设备功能,通过对四连杆式斗轮堆取料机进行结构分析,设计工艺撑临时替代俯仰液压缸连接配重架与立柱。通过对工艺撑进行有限元分析校核,确定工艺撑结构设计满足在总装使用强度要求。针对斗轮堆取料机现场总装时会出现的各种工况,工艺撑和俯仰液压缸的配合使用形成3种安装方案,满足根据现场实际情况进行合理方案调整的需求,保障斗轮堆取料机的现场安装安全。In order to safely and efficiently complete the final assembly of bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer and realize the equipment function, through the structural analysis of the four-link bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer, a process support is designed to temporarily replace the pitching hydraulic cylinder to connect the counterweight frame and the upright post. Through the finite element analysis and verification of the process support, it is determined that the structure of the process support meets the strength requirements in the final assembly. Considering the various working conditions that bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer will encounter in the field final assembly, three installation schemes are drawn up for the matching use of process support and pitching hydraulic cylinder, which meet the demand of reasonable scheme adjustment according to the actual situation on the spot and ensure the field installation safety of bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer.
