摘　　要：随着煤矿自动化水平的提高,STATCOM装置在井下电网无功补偿和谐波治理等方面得到了广泛地应用,尤其煤矿井下综采工作面和辅助运输系统的设备电源电压多数为1140 V电压等级的设备,1140 V电压等级的设备大多是感性负载和非线性负载,这些设备与井下电网之间存在着大量无功功率与谐波电流,日常使用过程中,该装置中的IGBT作为核心元件,经常会发生各种故障,影响生产,还会导致井下电网的功率因素降低、设备和线路的损耗增大、保护装置易误动作,甚至会导致线路的末端设备不易启动、故障性瘫痪等严重的机械事故,影响井下正常生产。因此,以井下1140 V级联H桥STATCOM系统作为研究对象,根据其原理和参数的设计方法,分析STATCOM中可供采集的信号,分析负载变化和IGBT故障对系统中其他信号的影响。为矿上处理井下存在的大量无功功率与谐波电流提供理论基础,重点对STATCOM装置的稳定运行起到了很关键的作用。With the improvement of coal mine automation level,STATCOM device has been widely used in reactive power compensation and harmonic management of underground power grid,especially the equipment power supply voltage of fully-mechanized coal mining working face and auxiliary transportation system is mostly 1140 V voltage grade equipment.Most of the 1140 V voltage grade equipment is inductive load and nonlinear load,there is a lot of reactive power and harmonic current between these equipments and the underground power grid,in the daily use process,IGBT in the device as the core component,often occurs various failures,affecting production.It will also lead to the reduction of power factors of underground power grid,the increase of loss of equipment and lines,the misoperation of protection devices,and even lead to serious mechanical accidents such as the difficulty to start the terminal equipment of the line and fault paralysis,affecting the normal underground production.Therefore,the downhole 1140 V cascaded H-bridge STATCOM system is taken as the research object.According to its principle and parameter design method,the signals available for acquisition in STATCOM were analyzed,and the impact of load change and IGBT fault on other signals in the system was analyzed.It provides a theoretical basis for dealing with a large amount of reactive power and harmonic current in the mine,and plays a key role in the stable operation of STATCOM device.
