摘  要:为保证光伏并入的电网安全、稳定地运行,频率的稳定尤为重要,为实时掌控光伏机组一次调频情况,设计光伏机组一次调频在线监测系统。以光伏机组的结构特点以及一次调频的作用、参数设定以及控制结构的分析结果为基础,设计双站结合的光伏机组一次调频在线监测系统。系统中,子站一区中的分散控制和自动增益控制2种系统以及PMU微控制器装置,获取光伏机组1次调频计算所需的数据以及电网频率和1次调频理论参数数据后,存储至子站二区中的数据库中;子站二区通过光纤收发器和交换机传送数据至主站,主站中则以Web服务器和应用服务器为核心,实现在线监测。结果表明,该系统可监测到一次调频的启动和响应时间、调频后电网有功功率的变化情况以及一次调频量是否达到设定的期望标准结果,并且能够对一次调频结果异常的机组实行应急处理,保证电网的安全运行。In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the grid connected with PV,the stability of frequency is particularly important.In order to control the primary frequency regulation of PV units in real time,an online monitoring system for primary frequency regulation of PV units is designed.Based on the structural characteristics of the PV unit,the role of primary frequency regulation,parameter setting and the analysis results of the control structure,an online monitoring system for primary frequency regulation of the PV unit is designed with a combination of two stations,the decentralized control and automatic gain control systems in the sub-station areaⅠof the system,and the PMU microcontroller device.After obtaining the data required for primary frequency regulation calculation of the PV unit,as well as the grid frequency and theoretical parameters of primary frequency regulation,stored in the database in sub station areaⅡ;Sub-station areaⅡtransmits data to the master station through optical fiber transceiver and switch,and the master station takes Web server and application server as the core to realize online monitoring.The results showed that the system can monitor the startup and response time of primary frequency regulation,the change of active power of power grid after frequency regulation,and whether the primary frequency regulation amount reaches the set expected standard results,and can implement emergency treatment for units with abnormal primary frequency regulation results to ensure the safe operation of power grid.
