摘 要:煤矿下向抽采钻孔孔深、孔径小,且瓦斯抽采孔的数量和钻进深度急剧增加,如何有效地排出下向钻孔中积存的水,成为了高效抽采瓦斯、保证煤矿安全生产的一大难题。针对下向抽采钻孔积水的问题,在直观诊断法的基础上,提出了基于下向钻孔抽采流量、抽采负压变化曲线和放水量多数据关联分析的下向钻孔积水异常诊断方法。通过激光测距计算钻孔内积水量,建立积水判断标准,以提前预测下向钻孔积水状态,包括下向钻孔不积水、轻微积水、中等积水和积水严重,为及时采取有效的排水措施奠定基础。Due to the deep and small hole diameter of the underground extraction drilling holes in coal mine,the number of gas extraction holes and drilling depth increased sharply.Therefore,how to effectively discharge the water accumulated in the downward borehole has become a big problem for efficient gas extraction and coal mine safety production.For next to the extraction of borehole water problems,based on the intuitive diagnosis method on the basis of the proposed based on next to the borehole extraction flow,extraction pressure change under multiple correlation analysis of data curve and put the water to the drilling fluid anomaly diagnosis methods,drilling through the calculation of laser range inner product water,to establish water criterion,in order to predict in advance to a state of drilling fluid,Including no water,slight water,moderate water and serious water,for the timely adoption of effective drainage measures to lay the foundation.
