摘　　要：文章介绍了GA398型九单元浆纱机的结构特点以及使用情况。通过优化烘筒数量、温度配置、浸压方式和压力配置,实现了生产过程中的能源节约;按照不同纤维特性和不同纱线结构优化织轴卷绕密度,实现了浆纱弹性的保持。指出要充分发挥GA398型九单元浆纱机的性能优势,应将使用重点放在节能环保和提高浆纱可织性方面。The structural characteristics and application of GA398 nine-units sizing machine were introduced.By optimizing the number of drying cylinders,temperature configuration,impregnation mode and pressure configuration,energy was saved;by setting the winding density of the beam according to different fiber characteristics and different yarn structures,the elasticity of sizing yarns were maintained.It is considered that in order to use the machine effectively,energy conservation and environmental protection and improving sizing yarns wearability should be paid more attention.
