摘　　要：基于泰州天禄湖国际大酒店弧形外立面脚手架搭设的需求,研究开发纵向水平杆弯圆的工装。就地取材,应用现场脚手架钢管和扣件制作简易的装置,并且应用“三轴压弯”原理进行圆弧的加工制作控制,编制了具体的操作步骤和技术要点,实践操作效果良好,产生显著的经济效益。Based on the requirements of erecting the arc facade scaffold of Taizhou Tianlu Lake International Hotel, the tooling of longitudinal horizontal rod bending circle has been researched and developed. By making use of the local materials, the steel pipes and fasteners of the on-site scaffoldings as the simple devices, with the principle of “Triaxial bending” to control the processing and manufacturing of arcs, the specific operation steps and technical points are compiled. The practical operation effect is good, and remarkable economic benefits are produced.
