摘  要:对现有医院进行改扩建,改建后将改善人车交通和停车需求。为协调整个医院道路交通系统的关系,方便交通出行,保障周边环境,需要解决工程建设期内和竣工后的院内交通流畅。以上海市某医院门急诊医技病房综合楼建设项目为例,进行工程建设全过程交通管理分析与研究,应用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术,对全院内部交通流线进行模拟分析,提前预测院内交通问题,并进行流线优化改善,提出合理化建议,保证该医院改扩建正式投入运营后,医院内部交通合理有序,改善院内环境。The existing hospital will be reconstructed and expanded. After the reconstruction, there will be a higher requirement for space for more people and vehicles. In order to coordinate the relationship between the road traffic system of the whole hospital, facilitate the traffic and ensure the surrounding environment, it is necessary to the smooth traffic in the hospital area during the construction period and after the completion of the project. Taking the construction project of outpatient and emergency medical technical ward complex building of a Shanghai Hospital as an example, this paper analyzes and studies the traffic management in the whole process of engineering construction, applies the building information modeling(BIM) technology to simulate and analyze the internal traffic flow lines of the hospital, predicts the traffic problems in the hospital in advance, optimizes and improves the flow lines, and puts forward the reasonable suggestions to ensure that the internal traffic of the hospital is reasonable and orderly after the hospital is officially put into operation.
