摘　　要：目的探讨二维码技术在内镜精细化管理中的应用效果。方法于2019年1月1日起,厦门大学附属第一医院内镜中心内镜使用管理开始实施二维码登记方案。采用方便抽样法,抽取内镜中心20名护士为研究对象。采用自行设计的内镜使用与管理认知评价问卷,于2018年12月(实施二维码登记方案前)与2019年3月(实施3个月后)分别向该20名护士发放该问卷,比较实施前后护士的内镜使用与管理认知水平,并对实施二维码登记方案前(2016年1月—2018年12月)与实施该方案后(2019年1月—2021年12月),内镜故障报修登记时间及内镜次均维修费用进行比较。结果二维码登记方案实施后,内镜护士的内镜使用与管理认知评价问卷总分及各条目得分均明显高于实施前,且内镜故障报修登记时间明显短于实施前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),内镜次均维修成本对比实施前下降了22.44%。结论应用二维码技术对内镜进行精细化管理,可提高内镜护士的内镜使用与管理认知水平,缩短内镜故障报修登记时间,降低维修成本,且该项技术以电子化数据为基础,具有低成本、高储存、好识别、便利化的特点,能够实现内镜管理的精细化管理,具有推广使用价值。Objective To explore the effect of applying QR code technology in the refined endoscopy management of endoscopy center.Methods From January 1,2019,the endoscopy center of The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University began to implement the QR code registration scheme for endoscopy use and management.Convenience sampling method was used to select 20nurses from endoscopy center as research objects.The selfdesigned endoscope use and management cognitive assessment questionnaire was used to evaluate the cognitive level of the 20 nurses in the use and management of endoscopes.The questionnaire was distributed to the 20 nurses in December 2018(before the implementation of the QR code registration scheme)and March 2019(three months after the implementation),the cognitive level of endoscopic use and management of the nurses before and after the implementation were compared.And compared the registration time of endoscope fault repair and the average maintenance cost of endoscope before and after the implementation of the QR code registration plan(January 2016 to December 2018 and January 2019 to December 2021).Results After the implementation of the QR code registration scheme,the total score and the scores of each item of the cognitive evaluation questionnaire for endoscopic use and management of endoscopic nurses were significantly higher than those before the implementation,and the registration time of endoscopic fault repair was significantly shorter than that before the implementation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average maintenance cost for endoscope maintenance and repair dropped by 22.44%compared with that before implementation.Conclusion The application of QR code technology to manage endoscopes can improve the endoscope nurses’cognitive level of endoscope use and management,shorten the time for endoscope fault repair registration and reduce maintenance costs.QR code technology is based on electronic data,and has the characteristics of low cost,high storage,good identification
