锌制剂辅助治疗小儿腹泻的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿腹泻治疗中应用锌制剂辅助治疗的临床价值。方法选取南平市人民医院2020年12月—2021年12月门诊的78例小儿腹泻患儿作为本次研究病例,按照随机数字表法将患儿分组,对照组和研究组各39例,对照组采取蒙脱石散、布拉氏酵母菌、口服补液盐治疗,研究组在对照组基础上辅以锌制剂(葡萄糖酸锌片)治疗,比较两组临床效果、症状改善情况与治疗时间(腹泻消失时间、退热时间、止吐时间)、不良反应发生情况、治疗前后的排便次数。结果研究组有效率(97.44%)高于对照组(84.62%),研究组临床症状改善时间优于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,两组治疗后每天排便次数均有改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前每天排便次数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后与对照组相比,研究组患儿每天的排便次数明显减少,研究组不良反应发生率(5.13%)明显低于对照组(23.08%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锌制剂辅助治疗小儿腹泻的效果显著,可提高临床效果,改善临床症状,提升免疫功能。Objective To investigate the clinical value of adjuvant zinc preparations in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods 78 children with diarrhea in the outpatient department of Nanping People’s Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research cases,and divided the children into groups according to the random number table method,with 39cases in the control group and the study group.Control group was treated with the montmorillonite powder,brady’s yeast,oral rehydration salts treatment,the study group was treated with zinc preparation(zinc gluconate tablets)based on control group,the clinical effects,improve symptoms and treatment time(diarrhea disappear time,antifebrile time,anti-nausea)adverse reaction happening,stool frequency before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group(97.44%)was higher than that of the control group(84.62%),the clinical symptom improvement time of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,the number of bowel movements per day improved after treatment in both groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of defecation per day(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the number of defecation per day in the study group was significantly reduced,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(5.13%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.08%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of zinc preparation in the adjuvant treatment of diarrhea in children is remarkable,which can improve the clinical effect,improve the clinical symptoms,and enhance the immune function.
