摘  要:酸化压裂又称酸压,指在压裂过程中不向地层加入支撑剂,只将酸液作为压裂液,或用高黏度压裂液作为前置液,酸液作为后续液体,对油井的开采层段进行增产改造的一种压裂工艺。在酸压过程中,注入的酸液会与地层岩石发生化学反应,将压裂形成的裂缝壁面溶蚀成凹凸不平的表面。施工结束停泵泄压之后,由于酸岩之间发生化学反应,裂缝表面并不会完全闭合,在这种情形下,通过酸压形成的裂缝相较于常规水力压裂形成的裂缝具有更好的导流能力,从而提高油井的产液量。实际应用表明,酸化压裂技术能实现低渗透油田的稳产增产目的。主要对酸化压裂技术在低渗透油田中的应用及效果进行了简要分析,以促进我国油田酸化压裂技术应用水平的提升。Acid fracturing,also known as acid fracturing,refers to a fracturing process in which no proppant is added to the formation during fracturing,and only acid liquid is used as fracturing fluid,or high viscosity fracturing fluid is used as preflush,and acid liquid is used as follow-up fluid to increase production in the production interval of oil wells.In the acid fracturing process,the injected acid will react with the formation rock chemically,and the fracture wall formed by fracturing will be dissolved into a bumpy surface.After the construction is completed and the pump is stopped for pressure relief,the fracture surface will not be completely closed due to the chemical reaction between acid rocks.In this case,the fracture formed by acid fracturing has better conductivity than the fracture formed by conventional hydraulic fracturing,thus improving the liquid production of the oil well.The practical application shows that acid fracturing technology can achieve the goal of stable production and increase production in low permeability oilfield.In this paper,the application and effect of acid fracturing technology in low permeability oil fields are briefly analyzed.It is hoped that this paper can promote the application level of acid fracturing technology in China’s oil fields.
