摘　　要：核心压缩机组是化工厂的心脏,而机组探头是监测压缩机正常运行的最关键设备,探头的检修是压缩机检修的关键组成部分,而因压缩机及探头安装特性,只能装置停车才可检修,故而机组探头检修成功与否会极大影响到装置检修是否成功,以及是后续压缩机组、装置是否可以平稳运行的关键因素之一。基于此,总结了检修过程中机组探头拆、校、装各步骤中的注意事项以及出现过的问题。The core compressor unit is the heart of the petrochemical plant,and the status detection probe is the most critical equipment to monitor the running status of the compressor.The maintenance of the probe is a key part of the compressor overhaul.Because of the characteristic of the compressor and probe,the probe only can be repaired when compressor shutdown.Therefore,the success of the unit probe maintenance will greatly affect the success of the compressor overhaul and the reliability of the plant long time running.Based on the personal experience of compressor instrument maintenance,this document sum up the precautions and problems in each step of probe removal,calibration and installation during compressor overhaul.
