摘　　要：通过对核酸中嘌呤碱鉴定实验中,对照组出现黑色颗粒状沉淀的现象进行分析,探究滴加试剂后混合体系中发生的反应和出现黑色颗粒状沉淀的原因,并且通过各反应平衡的建立与移动定量地分析实验中氨水用量与对照组实验现象的关系,为核酸鉴定实验中确定试剂用量提供借鉴。In the experiment of the purine base identification test,there is always some unexpected black granular precipitate in the outcome of control groups.The analysis discusses the reactions in the mixed system when reagents are added,excavates the reason of the experimental phenomena,and analyse the relationship between the use level of ammonia and the experimental phenomena of control groups.The conclusion can provide some reference in the decision of reagent use levels.
