摘 要:运用有效微生物菌剂通过实验检测淀粉糖废水在不同条件下的指标,包括pH、氮氧含量、臭阈值(TON)等,以确定这种微生物菌剂处理废水的最佳浓度与处理时间等主要实验条件。结果表明,在好氧条件下,废水处理时间达到5d,微生物菌剂接种量V菌剂/V废水是1/2500时,废水内COD从1075mg/L到166mg/L、氨氮含量从最初的9.31mg/L降到1.64mg/L。COD、氨氮的最大去除率依次是84.55%、82.49%。添加微生物菌剂处理淀粉糖废水的成效并不显著,经处理以后的悬浮物含量基本维持不变,悬浮物去除效果较好时其含量由412mg/L降低到402mg/L,去除率最大仅为2.43%。effective microbial agents are used to test the indicators of starch sugar wastewater under different conditions,including pH,nitrogen and oxygen content,odor threshold(ton),etc.,so as to determine the main test conditions such as the optimal concentration and treatment time of the wastewater treated by this microbial agent.Statistics show that under aerobic conditions,when the wastewater treatment time reaches 5D,and the inoculation amount of microbial agent V bacterial agent/v wastewater is 1/2500,COD in the wastewater is from 1075mg/l to 166mg/L,and ammonia nitrogen content is from the initial 931mg/l to 164mg/L。The maximum removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen were 84.55% and 82.49% respectively.The effect of adding microbial agents to treat starch sugar wastewater is not significant.After treatment,the content of suspended solids remains basically unchanged.When the removal effect of suspended solids is good,its content is reduced from 412mg/l to 402mg/l,and the maximum removal rate is only 2.43%.
