摘　　要：With the increasing of the elderly population in China,the aging of population has become an important issue that cannot be ignored in the development of our country.Based on the social support theory,this study surveyed elderly residents in Shanghai to construct and explore the driving model of well-being of elderly residents in China.The results indicated that leisure motivation of elderly residents in China significantly affected their leisure involvement;leisure involvement was related to leisure satisfaction of the elderly;leisure satisfaction had a significant positive effect on well-being of the elderly.Moreover,a series of managerial implications and recommendations were provided to formulate leisure management policies for the elderly,meet their leisure needs,and improve their well-being.
