摘  要:为提高10 kV配电网柱上断路器更换或检修时安全性,综合考虑影响其绝缘强度等风险因素,建立了基于模糊层次分析法的旁路作业安全性分析模型。结合实际的作业场景选取绝缘操作杆和绝缘斗臂车最常用的两种工器具对旁路作业中的安全性进行计算分析对比,然后评价这两种工器具的适宜性,得出绝缘斗臂车法是某供电公司10 kV配电网柱上断路器旁路作业最优方案,所提评价方法能为配电网旁路作业中在具体作业工器具的选择提供参考。In order to improve the safety of 10 kV distribution network column circuit breaker during replacement or maintenance,and comprehensively consider the risk factors affecting its insulation strength,a bypass operation safety analysis model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is established.Combined with the actual operation scenario,the safety of the two most commonly used tools and instruments,insulated operating rod and insulated bucket truck,in the bypass operation is calculated,analyzed and compared,and then the suitability of the two tools and instruments is evaluated.It is concluded that the insulated bucket truck method is the best scheme for the bypass operation of circuit breaker on 10 kV distribution grid column of a power supply company,The proposed evaluation method can provide reference for the selection of specific operation tools and instruments in distribution network bypass operation.
