单硝酸异山梨酯注射液联合盐酸维拉帕米片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨单硝酸异山梨酯注射液联合盐酸维拉帕米片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的效果.方法:选取2019年6月至2020年8月就诊于清丰县中医院的不稳定型心绞痛患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各34例.观察组采用单硝酸异山梨酯注射液联合盐酸维拉帕米片治疗,对照组仅采用盐酸维拉帕米片治疗,均治疗8周.比较两组治疗总有效率、心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间及不良反应发生率.结果:治疗8周,与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率更高,心绞痛发作次数更少,发作持续时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:单硝酸异山梨酯联合维拉帕米片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛效果显著,症状改善明显,安全性高.Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of isosorbide mononitrate injection combined with verapamil hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with unstable angina pectoris treated in Qingfeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by a random number table method,34 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate injection combined with verapamil hydrochloride tablets,and the control group was treated with verapamil yhdrochloride tablets only.The two groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The total effective rate,attack times and duration of angina pectoris,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment,the times of angina pectoris attack in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was even lower with comparison of the control group;the attack duration was shorter than that before treatment,and the observation group was shorter with comparison of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no statistical significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Isosorbide mononitrate injection combined with verapamil hydrochloride tablets can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the attack of angina pectoris,with high safety.
