摘　　要：目的:分析心脉通片联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压患者的临床疗效及对血管内皮功能及炎性因子的影响.方法:收集2019年11月至2021年11月于本院就诊的77例原发性高血压患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(心脉通片联合氨氯地平治疗)40例和对照组(氨氯地平治疗)37例.对比两组临床治疗效果及血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)-1、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、细胞白介素(IL)-6、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平.结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组NO、CGRP高于对照组,ET-1、IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:心脉通片联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压疗效确切.Objective:To analyze clinical effects of xinmaitong tablet combined with amlodipine on patients with essential hypertension.Methods:Seventy-seven patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were collected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into 40 cases in the observation group(xinmaitong combined with amlodipine)and 37 cases in the control group(amlodipine).The clinical therapeutic effects and the levels of serum nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET)-1,calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),interleukin(IL)-6,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of NO and CGRP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,The level of ET-1,IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no differences in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xinmaitong tablet combined with amlodipine is effective in the treatment of essential hypertension.
