摘　　要：随着医疗重心与模式的转变,在"健康中国2030"时代背景下,老年人亚健康状态的管理已成为重中之重.中医"治未病"理论以"预防"为核心,是现代健康管理的重要指导思想.偏颇体质被认为与亚健康密切相关,尽早予以中医健康管理调理体质,纠正亚健康状态,能有效预防老年人群疾病发生.我国部分偏远县域由于匮乏的医疗资源、落后的健康观念和较差的经济承受能力,在开展老年中医健康干预工作中面临诸多难题.故本研究以重庆市秀山土家族苗族自治县为例,就中医健康管理、相应健康管理服务建立等方面作阐述及探讨,为偏远地区老年中医健康管理体系构建提供思路.With the change in the focus of medical care,managing the elderly sub-healthy state has become a top priority in the context of‘Health China 2030'.The theory of‘preventive treatment of disease'in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),with‘prevention'as its core,is an important guiding principle in modern health management.The bias of physique is closely associated with sub-health.The early management of the sub-health can effectively prevent the occurrence of diseases in the elderly population.Some remote counties face various difficulties in carrying out TCM health interventions for the elderly due to the lack of medical resources,backward health concepts and poor economic affordability.Therefore,this article mainly takes Xiushan Tujia and Miao Autonomous County of Chongqing City as an example to explain and discuss the health management of Chinese medicine and the construction of the corresponding health management service system.
