摘　　要：依据首钢长钢烧结厂环冷机散料卸料系统的工艺实际应用,介绍了基于格雷母线和滑触线的卸料车无人控制系统的特点。分析了格雷母线通过地址检测和感应通信确定检测位置的原理,阐述了基于环形滑触线供电系统、移动小车、格雷母线定位系统、PLC及工业可视化监视完成自动卸料的系统功能实现。目前该系统运行稳定可靠,提高了劳动生产率,减少了失误率,改善了操作者的工作环境,满足生产工艺要求。According to the practical application of the bulk unloading system of the ring cooler in the sintering plant of Shougang Changgang,the characteristics of the unmanned control system of the unloading car based on gray bus and sliding contact line are introduced.This paper analyzes the principle of determining the detection position of gray bus through address detection and inductive communication,and expounds the realization of the system function of automatic unloading based on the circular sliding contact line power supply system,mobile trolley,gray bus positioning system,PLC and industrial visual monitoring.At present,the system runs stably and reliably,improves labor productivity,reduces error rate,improves the working environment of operators,and meets the requirements of production process.
