摘　　要：有机热载体炉是梅山化工3#焦油蒸馏装置最核心的设备之一。文中以3#焦油蒸馏有机热载体炉改造为主题,分别从与原系统优缺点的对比、改进措施、新系统的控制策略、联锁控制、点火控制和出口温度控制几个方面,通过方案设计、设备选型、硬件组态、软件编写、系统调试等方面,实现通过有机热载体炉的DCS控制,提高系统安全性。Organic heat carrier furnace is one of the core equipment of Meishan chemical 3#tar distillation unit.Taking 3#tar distillation organic heat carrier furnace as the theme,this paper realizes DCS control of organic heat carrier furnace through scheme design,equipment selection,hardware configuration,software programming and system debugging from the aspects of comparison with the advantages and disadvantages of the original system,improvement measures,control strategy of the new system,interlocking control,ignition control and outlet temperature control.
