摘 要:为降低传动系统的故障诊断误差,提升诊断响应速率及覆盖范围,研究了内燃机车静液压传动系统故障诊断方法,提取内燃机车故障特征,布设ICA微小故障诊断节点,设计耦合牵引故障诊断模型,构建恒定诊断矩阵,利用Bayes算法实现系统故障诊断。最终的测试结果表明:设计方法的故障诊断误差协方差仅为1.02,表明此故障诊断方法更为精准,具有实际的应用价值。In order to reduce the fault diagnosis error of the transmission system and improve the diagnosis response rate and coverage,the fault diagnosis method of the hydrostatic transmission system of the diesel locomotive was studied.The fault characteristics of diesel locomotives are extracted,ICA micro-fault diagnosis nodes are arranged,a coupled traction fault diagnosis model is designed,a constant diagnosis matrix is constructed,and the Bayes algorithm is used to realize the system fault diagnosis.The final test results show that the fault diagnosis error covariance of the method designed in this paper is only 1.02,which indicates that the fault diagnosis method is more accurate and has practical application value.
