摘  要:早期识别并干预易损斑块有利于降低心血管严重不良事件改善患者预后。磁共振成像(MRI)的易损斑块无创检测技术的主要方法之一,可以通过多种模式和序列对斑块成分进行分析,具有良好的组织对比度和分辨率。但传统的MRI对易损斑块存在的炎症反应、微血栓形成、新生血管等重要特征无法进行良好的识别。近几年MRI与分子显像技术的结合提升了易损斑块检测的敏感性和准确性。这其中包括了基于自然靶向和主动靶向的MRI分子显像技术,也包括融合PET(positron emission tomography)分子显像技术的PET/MRI混合成像技术。这些技术可以为易损斑块的无创检测评估提供更多信息,具有更好的敏感性和特异性。Early identification and intervention of vulnerable plaques is beneficial in reducing serious adverse cardiovascular events and improving patient prognosis.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is a powerful tool for non-invasive detection of vulnerable plaques.It can provide good tissue contrast and resolution for analysis of plaque components.However,conventional MRI cannot provide good identification of important features such as inflammation,microthrombosis,and neovascularization present in vulnerable plaques.The combination of MRI and molecular imaging techniques in recent years has improved the sensitivity and accuracy of vulnerable plaque detection.These include MRI molecular imaging techniques based on natural targeting and active targeting,and also hybrid PET/MRI imaging techniques that incorporate molecular imaging with positron emission tomography(PET).These techniques can provide more information with better sensitivity and specificity for the assessment of noninvasive detection of vulnerable plaques.
