运动发育指标延迟患儿中Vojta疗法结合悬吊训练治疗的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析Vojta疗法结合悬吊训练治疗在运动发育指标延迟患儿中的应用价值。方法选取2019年7月至2021年8月期间于焦作市妇幼保健院进行康复治疗的发育指标延迟患儿102例,采用随机数字法分为联合组和对照组,每组51例。对照组患儿予以Vojta疗法,联合组在对照组基础上联合悬吊训练治疗方法。评估两组疗效,治疗前后肌张力、运动功能。结果治疗后,联合组治疗总有效率为88.24%,显著高于对照组的72.55%(P<0.05);联合组腓肠肌、内收肌的肌电积分值(iEMG)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组患儿粗大运动发育商(GMQ)、精细运动商(FMQ)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Vojta疗法结合悬吊训练治疗更有助于提高对运动发育指标延迟患儿治疗效果,改善患儿肌张力和运动功能。【Objective】To analyze the application value of Vojta therapy combined with suspension training in children with developmental delay(DD).【Methods】A total of 102 children with DD who had undergone rehabilitation therapy in the hospital between July 2019 and August 2021 were selected,and divided into combined group and control group using random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.Children in the control group received Vojta therapy,and children in the combined group received suspension training on this basis.Curative effect,muscle tension and motor function before and after treatment were evaluated.【Results】After treatment,the total response rate in the combined group was 88.24%,significantly higher than 72.55%in the control group(P<0.05).The gastrocnemius muscle and adductor integrated electromyogram(iEMG)values of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The gross motor development quotient(GMQ)and fine motor quotient(FMQ)scores of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Vojta therapy combined with suspension training is more helpful to improve the curative effect,muscle tension and motor function in children with DD.
